  • This manual metering valve combines a rugged construction with a good wear protection due to the usage of tungsten carbide. The Quantum K also allows a very precise metering of the blast media.
  • The pneumatic PT metering valve allows an easy and fast installation at the place of action. Besides a perfect flow of the blast media, it allows an exact and economical abrasive metering.The pneumatic functions can be used as a quick media shut off, which offers additional safety and improves the media flow while starting the blast process again. In combination with its long service life, it offers a very high cost effectiveness.
  • The Clemco FSV 1 ¼” is a universally usable metering valve for every common media. Due to the handle lever the metering valve is very easy to use and is especially designed for stageless and rough metering. With its rugged design the FSV metering valve guarantees a long lifetime and high reliability.
  • The PVR is a pneumatic metering valve and suitable for every current media. It is designed especially for operations with a frequent media shut on-/off rate. It provides a permanent pressure to the blast machine that decreases the waiting time for re-starting the machine.

Requirements
  • These items are required for Operation but not included with this equipment:
  • Clean, dry, compressed air of sufficient volume to maintain desired pressure at the nozzle. Refer to Air Consumption Chart.
    Minimum of 3 bar is needed to close the pop-up valve and pressurize the blast machine.
    OSHA-required remote control system that interrupts blasting if operator should lose control of the nozzle when blast machine is pressurized.
    NIOSH-approved, type CE, supplied-air respirator.
    Abrasive blast media specifically manufactured for abrasive blasting and appropriate for your application.
    Appropriate blast suit, work boots, hearing and eye protection.
