Gear pump for flow control

This type of pump is available in 6 sizes, defined by the number of cubic centimeters of paint delivered per revolution:

• 0.6 cm3 /rev
• 3 cm3 /U
• 1.2 cm3 /rev
• 6 cm3 /U
• 2.4 cm3 /rev
• 10 cm3 /U

These different capacities cover a range from 0.5 to 80 litres/hour. The selection is made according to the required spread rate and the rotation speed range. It is recommended that the pump be operated at less than 120 rpm. Three types of coatings are available for each pump:

• STEEL: for the use of solvent-based products,
• STAINLESS STEEL: for use with water-based products,
• ADLC: intensive coating that increases surface hardness and has a better coefficient of friction. This type of pump cleans itself 100% very quickly by injecting a strong flow of detergent.
