Before introducing a new abrasive medium into our store, the suitability is being tested by us. In this example Plastic Granules Type Urea Mesh 30/40 had to be tested. The dashboard of a vintage Wartburg 311 car was blasted with a CLEMCO SCW-1638 blast pot with 60 liters in standard version, pressure 4,0 bar and 6 mm nozzle. The result was very convincing. The surface of the dahboard was very smooth, did not show any warping and the working process was rather fast. More tests devarnishing a fender and the door of a car followed in order to examine the results on work pieces with larger areas.
