Inside cleaning of a brand-new cooling compressor with a CLEMCO Inside Jet Nozzle

In order to remove flash in the inside of a brand-new casing of a cooling compressor did we temporarily install a CLEMCO Inside Jet Nozzle into our CLEMCO Suction Blast Cabinet Pulsar VIII. The flash formed during the casting process in the moment, when the melted metal ran into the fusion casting. The flash was to be removed because of the risk of a later detachment that could cause severe technical damage to the installation. As blasting abrassive Micro Glass Beads 300 – 400my were taken.
