The Inocart HF (High Flow) is a simple, manual all-in-one solution for the application of thermoplastic and anti-corrosion powders. Together with the Inogun M pistol and the Inobox control module, it optimizes the operator's experience. The user-friendly interface as well as the innovative, ergonomic functions ensure a high-quality powder coating.

The Inocart HF is perfect for the application of thermoplastic and anti-corrosion powders. In order to obtain a thick layer of powder (up to 500 µm) in one pass, the CSV 217 pressure tank has a usable volume of 24 liters (this corresponds to a spraying time of approx. 8 minutes at 1200 g/min). The whole system is compact and stable. Due to the lowered center of gravity and large rear wheels, the Inocart is easy to move and use in different environments. The gun was designed with powder and energy savings in mind to reduce work time, increase productivity and improve coating surface quality. The TEC5 technology (Transfer Electronic Control) ensures the self-regulation of the electrostatic charge, taking into account the powder flow and the distance of the parts, in order to optimize the efficiency of the powder transfer and the surface quality.

The optimally balanced Inocart HF with a comfortable grip is easy to clean thanks to the customizable self-cleaning sequence. A slider on the lid allows you to easily adjust the amount of powder. The powerful high-voltage unit, controlled by the Inobox control unit, creates a high wrap-around effect on large workpieces (D. 500mm / 20 inches) and penetrates even in complex areas. Due to the maximum use of the powder, both material costs and time can be saved. The Inobox is the main control unit for the Inogun M, as it monitors the high voltage and all air flows: voltage, current, conveying and dosing air, and purge air.

The powder hose and cable are available in two different lengths depending on your needs: 6 meters (19.7 ft.) and 12 meters (39.4 ft.).
