The SAMES KREMLIN Inobell electrostatic powder bell is characterized by high performance, excellent surface quality and easy integration. It allows powder coatings to be applied to a wide variety of surfaces (especially flat surfaces) and reduces material consumption.
The development of the Inobell is based on many years of experience with high-speed rotary atomizers in the automotive industry. Their high quality standards are reflected in the performance of the powder bell, which achieves outstanding application and coating quality. Due to the centrifugal force, the rotating bell cup creates a softer and more homogeneous powder cloud than conventional round and flat jet nozzles. The mechanical effect of the atomization is thus reduced, so that the powder particles can react more strongly to the electrostatic charge and the application efficiency increases.
The rotating electrode generates a very good electrostatic charge with a powder throughput of up to 30 kg/h and a high transmission efficiency. The centrifugation of the powder makes it possible to build up an even layer thickness, control standard deviations and ultimately reduce the amount of powder required.
The combination of rotating electrode with counter-electrode ensures maximum powder charging. The result is all the more powerful the flatter the application surface is. The Inobell can be used on a flat conveyor belt.
Maintenance is also very simple thanks to easily accessible and removable assemblies.

The Inobell is equipped with a counter-electrode, which prevents excess paint deposits on edges and the formation of orange peel skin through reverse ionization. It is mainly used for high-gloss finishes and complex applications.
