Kremlin Inogun M+ Powder gun
The Inogun M is designed to ensure high quality powder application. Thanks to its low weight, optimal balance and light trigger, it offers the user permanently ergonomic and fatigue-free work. The powerful high-voltage unit, which is controlled via the control unit, creates a high wrap-around effect on large workpieces (D. 500mm / 20 inches) and penetrates even into complex areas. Due to the maximum use of the powder, not only costs but also time can be saved.
The Inogun M is controlled by the Inobox, which is equipped with a user-friendly network interface. The integrated Inocontroller is used not only in manual but also in automatic applications. The Inobox and the Inocontroller are the main elements of the controller, as they monitor the high voltage and all air flows: voltage, current, conveying and dosing air, and purge air. Maximum powder and energy savings were the focus of the development in order to reduce emissions, increase productivity and improve the quality of the powder coating. The TEC5 technology (Transfer Electronic Control) ensures the self-regulation of the electrostatic charge, taking into account the powder flow and the distance of the parts, in order to optimize the efficiency of the powder transfer and the surface quality.
The Inogun M is available in various configurations depending on the needs of the powder coating process in question. The Inogun M can be used as the main applicator in powder coating and is optionally connected to a feed tank or a vibrating table. It is also suitable as a simple solution for pre- and post-treatment in an automatic powder booth and for non-destructive testing applications.
