The Inogun robotic applicator built with a common base are thoroughly tested for robotic powder applications. We are providing 3 d ifferent v ersions of the applicator and they are fitted with a different robot bracket: Inogun R for a single gun, Inogun RD for parallel guns, Inogun RC for convergent guns.

The robot guns Inogun R, RD and RC are based on a common basic construction and are specially designed for robotic powder applications. We offer 3 different versions of the gun equipped with different robot mounts: Inogun R for a single gun, Inogun RD for two parallel guns and Inogun RC for two converging guns.

The focus of the development was the maximum reduction of powder and energy in order to reduce emissions, increase productivity and improve the quality of the powder coating. The TEC5 technology (Transfer Electronic Control) ensures the self-regulation of the electrostatic charge, taking into account the powder flow and the distance of the parts, in order to optimize the efficiency of the powder transfer and the surface quality.

The powerful cascade and its control unit generate a high wrap-around effect with large workpieces (D. 500mm / 19.7 inches), which means that even complex areas can be optimally reached. Due to the maximum use of the powder, not only costs but also time can be saved. The cost of pre- and post-treatment is also significantly reduced. The internal and external components of the gun are designed with a smooth surface, preventing powder build-up and making color changes faster.

The guns of the Inogun R series are controlled by the integrated Inocontroller, which monitors the high voltage and all air flows: voltage, current, conveying and dosing air, and purge air.
