SYNOPTIC INSTALLATION OF INOMASTER SYSTEM

Inoprofile is a new concept which allows the powder projectors to be sprayed and adjusted around the external profile of the part to be painted automatically. The Projectors move independently of each other which makes the coating modular and ensures deep penetration into recessed areas.

Functioning Principles:

The part to be painted is scanned with two 3D shape sensors at the entrance to the powder coating booth of the production line. Then the projectors are positioned automatically according to the shape and size of the part to be painted detected.
