Kremlin NDT Inocart
The Inocart NDT is intended for the application of powder developers in non-destructive testing processes. This application process is particularly widespread in the aerospace industry. The powder is applied in a fine, homogeneous layer, but still leaves enough transparency to the workpiece. In order to obtain the desired layer thickness, the CSV 230 pressure tank enables the powder to be ideally transported to the gun. The whole system is compact and stable. Thanks to the low center of gravity and the large rear wheels, the equipment can be moved effortlessly.
Maximum powder and energy savings were the focus of development in order to reduce emissions, increase productivity and improve the quality of powder coating. The TEC5 technology (Transfer Electronic Control) ensures the self-regulation of the electrostatic charge, taking into account the powder flow and the distance of the parts, in order to optimize the efficiency of the powder transfer and the surface quality.
The Inocart NDT is optimally balanced and has a comfortable grip. A slider on the lid allows you to easily adjust the amount of powder. The powerful high-voltage unit, controlled by the Inobox control unit, creates a high wrap-around effect on large workpieces (D. 500mm / 20 inches) and penetrates even in complex areas. By making maximum use of the powder, significant cost savings can be achieved as well as significant time savings. The Inobox is the main control unit for the Inogun M, as it monitors the high voltage and all air flows: voltage, current, conveying and dosing air, and purge air.
The powder hose and cable are available in two different lengths depending on your needs: 6 meters (19.7 ft.) and 12 meters (39.4 ft.).
