Description	Airspray guns can process virtually all coating materials. These not only include water and solvent based lacquers, but also adhesives, separating agents, oils and more. All models offer an extensive nozzle selection to meet the highest quality requirements and ensure material- saving processes. Additionally, most of the spray guns are also available as medium-pressure and HVLP Plus models. This allows for particularly high application rates. Put us to the test and use the successful results as benchmark: The spraying results, the material savings, and the sustained contribution to environmental protection thanks to the reduced use of overspray. 1. High surface quality: High precision air cap technology for exceptionally fine atomization, optimal reproducibility and high transfer efficiency. 2. Design Variants: The most hand-held spray guns are available for connection to material supply systems by means of a pressure tank or pump. 3. Flexibility: Round-to-flat jet control as well as material volume regulation. 4. Perfect Handling: The guns stand out for their low weight, ergonomically designed body and robust construction. 5. Reliability: All parts that come into contact with the material are made of stainless steel. Water-based lacquers and aggressive media can be processed without any problems. 6. Options: With internal control (PILOT WA 700 and WA 900); without internal control (PILOT WA 705 and WA 905); with adapter plate (PILOT WA 900/ 905).

For supplying our customers with the correct spares as quickly as possible we hold a very large warehouse stock with spares. If necessary we provide on-site fitting of the system (in Germany). For optimal performance of the system we can provide maintenance services or we can teach you how to perform maintenance work independently.
