Whenever sand-blasting is used in a production chain it has to be done in the most efficient way. We have observed, that quite often the wrong (or second best) abrasive medium has been sold to our customers. This gave us reason to offer our customers professional advice in chosing the most efficient technical solution, including the analysis of the most suitable abrasive medium. We also can be consulted whenever components or work pieces have to be sand-blasted for the first time. We understand, that the specific approach in achieving the best result in regard of adjusting the parameters and the selection of the most appropriate grain is not a simple task, but we are happy to assist.
We are able (mostly free of charge) to find the best solution, for example in dividing work pieces into various areas that are sand-blasted in different ways by us. In the following example a work piece was provided by one of our customers and sand-blasted by us. The finding was, that until now the customer had used an inappropriate (one-way) abrasive medium in a cabinet that was too large. The existing equipment was replaced by a product with very high endurance and lower operational costs.
