Planning of a WALTHER PILOT adhesive bonding bridge to produce mattresses. At first the data-sheet of the adhesive to be used was evaluated. Then, together with the demands of our customer, automatic WALTHER pilot XV pistols were selected. In order to realise comprehensive coverage of the mattresses, five pistols with larger nozzles were installed.
