Quick cleaning gear pump

This type of pump is offered with 3 displacements defined by the number of cm3 per revolution:

• 3 cm3 / rev
• 6 cm3 / rev
• 10 cm3 / rev

These different capacities make it possible to cover a flow range from 0.5 to 50 l/hour. The selection is made in relation to the target flow and the speed range. It is recommended to work at speeds below 80 rpm.
A gear pump produces a flow rate that is proportional to its speed. This ensures a regular and accurate. The pump must be supplied with material at a pressure of 0.5 bar. In the case of a distribution system, the material pressure regulator must be connected before the pump, while a flow meter is always connected after the pump. The pressure in front of the pump facilitates the suction and also ensures the flow according to the capacity and speed of the pump.
