The RFV hoist 2000 is for equipping automatic systems for painting or Powder coating provided. There are two types of hoists that comply with the ATEX standard correspond to:

1) For powder coating applications there is the mechanism in zone 22, which should be noted is that the regulation nevertheless requires that the system is approved in category 2 instead of 3. This can lead to a combination of powder atomizing units, such as e.g. e.g.:

4, 6, 8 or 10 Auto Mach-Jet powder atomizer units
2 or 4 INOBELL powder turbines

The RVF 2000 hoist is controlled by:

a REV 800 or MCR control module
SPS for a more complex automatic installation

2) For liquid paint applications, the mechanism is typically located in Zone 1 or 2, which determines the category for which the device is approved, Category = 2.
This can result in a combination of paint atomizers such as: e.g.:

2 or 4 paint sprayers PPH 308
1 or 2 paint atomizers PPH 707 EXT-ST / ICWB
4, 6 or 8 paint sprayers TRP 501
