Description

The Inocart VT is perfect for the even application of polyester, epoxy or acrylic based powders packed in 20 kg (44 lb. ) to be delivered. The powder is fluidized on the vibrating table, which enables the pump to transport the powder more quickly through the hoses to the hand gun. Maximum powder and energy savings were in the Development focused on reducing emissions, increasing productivity and improving powder coating quality improve. The TEC5 technology (Transfer Electronic Control) ensures the self-regulation of the electrostatic charge taking into account the powder flow and the distance of the parts in order to improve the efficiency of the powder transfer and the to optimize surface quality.

The well-balanced Inocart VT with a comfortable grip is thanks to the fast-clean option and the adjustable Self-cleaning sequence easy to clean. The powerful high-voltage unit controlled by the Inobox control unit is controlled, creates a high wrap-around effect on large workpieces (D. 500mm / 20 inches) and even penetrates complex areas. Due to the maximum use of the powder, both material costs and time can be saved. The Inobox is the main control unit for the Inogun M as it monitors the high voltage and all air flows: voltage, current, conveyor and dosing air and rinsing air.

The powder hose and cord are available in two different lengths depending on your needs: 6 meters (19.7 ft.) and 12 meters (39.4 ft.). Both can be used in powder coating as well as for pre- and post-treatment and ensure for an outstanding result.
