Description
The magnetic-inductive flow sensor Type S056 is available in both compact and remote (split) versions and is designed for liquids with a minimum conductivity as well as for low flow rates. Clamp or threaded connections (dairy thread) are available as standard process connections.
The sensor becomes a complete flow measuring device only in combination with a suitable transmitter: with the SE58 S transmitter (required minimum conductivity 20 µS/cm) or with the SE58 M or SE58 L transmitters (required minimum conductivity 5 µS/cm), measuring devices with different performance, functional scope, materials, and approvals result – matched to the respective application requirements. While the SE58 S is available only as a compact device, the SE58 M or SE58 L allow both compact devices and remote (split) variants to be implemented, in which the transmitter and sensor are connected via two cables up to a maximum distance.
