L’apparecchio di misurazione della portata con turbina è particolarmente indicato per essere impiegato in liquidi neutrali, leggermente aggressivi con scarsa percentuale di solidi. La versione ottica è indicata per l'impiego in fluidi permeabili ai raggi infrarossi. Il sensore 8012 è costituito da un raccordo (S012) e da un modulo elettronico (SE12). Il sistema di raccordi progettato da Bürkert assicura un semplice montaggio in tutte le tubazioni da DN06 fino a DN65. Può essere integrato anche nei sistemi a blocchi specifici del cliente. In base alla versione del modulo elettronico, il sensore 8012 è dotato di un'uscita a impulsi, che può generare una frequenza proporzionale alla portata o essere utilizzata come uscita di commutazione, e di un'uscita di corrente 4-20 mA.
