Description
The Type 2100 is a pneumatically actuated angle seat valve developed specifically for decentralized process automation. Even under demanding operating conditions, it reliably meets the practical requirements of modern process plants. A special feature is its consistent ELEMENT design: it allows automation units to be easily integrated at any level of expansion — from purely electrical/optical position feedback, through pneumatic control, to a fully integrated fieldbus interface. The proven, self-adjusting stem packing with roof-type packing rings ensures a long service life and lasting tightness.
Valve and automation unit form a highly integrated system characterized by a compact, smooth-surfaced design and pilot air channels integrated into the body. Protection ratings IP65/67 and NEMA Type 4X, along with high chemical resistance, make the valve suitable for harsh environments as well.
