Description
The Burkert Type 2012 is a pneumatically actuated 2/2-way globe valve from the CLASSIC series. It is a pilot-operated valve consisting of a pneumatically actuated piston actuator and a globe valve body. The actuator is made of PA as standard; for special operating conditions, a version in PPS is available as an alternative.
A self-adjusting gland packing ensures consistently high tightness, working reliably and requiring no readjustment. The valve body is made of stainless steel and is available with flanged, socket, or welded connection. Overall, the Type 2012 is characterized by a robust, maintenance-free design combined with compact dimensions.
An extensive range of accessories allows retrofitting, for example with position indicator, stroke limitation, or manual override, so the valve can be flexibly adapted to different plant requirements.
