Description
The Type 2032 is an externally piloted T-diaphragm valve consisting of a pneumatically actuated piston actuator, a diaphragm, and a T-shaped valve body. The proven, robust actuator with plastic housing is suitable for both hygienic and aggressive operating conditions. The flow-optimized, low dead-volume valve bodies enable high flow rates and a broad range of applications; valve body and diaphragm are available in all common materials and versions.
In the PPS version, the actuator is compact and autoclavable. Automation units of Types 8690/8697 can be integrated at all levels of configuration and can also be retrofitted. An ATEX/IECEx device version is available for use in hazardous areas.
The diaphragm base is available either in plastic or stainless steel. As standard, the actuator is equipped with an integrated, visual position indicator; a minimum/maximum stroke limitation can optionally be retrofitted.
