Product Description
The Schmersal AZM 161CC-12/12RKATU-024 is a Solenoid interlock of the AZM 161 series for movable guards on machinery and plant. It keeps the guard door locked until the hazardous condition has ended and signals position and interlocking to the safety controller. Suitable for removable guard, hinged safety guard, sliding safety guard.
Scope of delivery
Actuator must be ordered separately.
Important note
Interlocks with the power to lock principle may only be used in special cases after a thorough evaluation of the accident risk, since the guarding device can immediately be opened on failure of the electrical power supply or when the main switch is opened
