Description
The direct-acting piston-type (lift armature) valve Type 7012 (3/2-way) from Burkert is designed for compact, robust applications. To increase pressure and leakage safety, the plug and core tube have been welded together. Depending on the application, various body and seal material combinations can be selected. Thanks to the Burkert-specific flange variant (SFB), several valves can be arranged in a space-saving manner on a multiple connection plate; explosion-protected variants are also available for use in hazardous areas.
Flexible push-in fittings can be used for hose connection. If the valve is to be mounted directly onto a pneumatic actuator, the banjo connection with hollow screw is a suitable option. An optional manual override enables quick commissioning and simplifies maintenance. Together with a connector to industry standard Form B or to DIN EN 175301-803 Form C, the valves meet protection rating IP65.
