Description
The Type 6027 is a direct-acting piston-type valve that is consistently designed for operational reliability and long service life. A central design feature is the fixed welded connection between the plug and core tube: this joint significantly increases both pressure and leak-tightness reliability of the valve. Depending on the application, various sealing material combinations are available, allowing the valve to be adapted to different media and operating conditions. For applications involving dry gases, an optional sliding ring bearing can additionally be fitted, which noticeably extends service life. The valve is also equipped for high-pressure applications, where specially matched sealing technologies are used.
The solenoid coils are encapsulated in a chemically highly resistant epoxy and are therefore resistant even in demanding environments. Anyone looking to save energy can opt for coils with integrated Kick and Drop electronics in dual-coil technology, which reduce electrical power consumption during operation. In combination with a device connector to DIN EN 175301-803 Form A, the valve achieves protection rating IP65; a version to NEMA 4X is also available on request.
