Description
The type 0142 is a servo-assisted diaphragm valve that requires a minimum differential pressure of 0.5 bar to open and close. Depending on the application, various diaphragm materials and modes of operation are available. A practical feature: the 3/2-way pilot valve can be converted from NC to NO simply by rotating it on the main seat, and position feedback of the pilot valve can be provided via a switching or a NAMUR signal.
The solenoid coils are encapsulated in a chemically highly resistant epoxy, and an integrated manual override facilitates commissioning and testing. To reduce electrical power consumption during operation, coils with "Kick and Drop" (KD) electronics in dual-coil technology are available.
