ZK-KOPF: atomizer for thin liquids for fixed installation (without metal hose). For atomizing thin oils and liquids (max. viscosity 200 mm²/s) with a specific effective range.

Atomizer compact - ZK-KOPF

The machines are often very cramped and this often causes the designer a headache - especially if a ventilation system has to be attached later.
This atomizer, with its compact design (18 x 30 x 15 mm - without fittings) always has its place - even when things get tight.

Function:

The liquid hose can be placed in an unpressurized container or connected.
The atomizer should always be placed slightly above the maximum liquid level in the container.
When compressed air is present, it is atomized immediately (a built-in non-return valve in the hose prevents the liquid from sinking too quickly).
The atomizer can be controlled either permanently or intermittently by a control unit (e.g. automatic blow molding machine BA).
In the center of the air jet, the liquid is supplied efficiently and cleanly.
The amount of air and liquid can be finely adjusted via the air and liquid throttle (see photo) - but always in well-dosed amounts.
