Blow-off valves and guns
At the end of every compressed-air line there is a consumer, and often that is not a machine but a hand. Blow-off valves and guns are the tool for cleaning, drying and clearing. We carry 62 items in eight groups. The line ahead of them is covered by quick-release couplings with European plug-in profile and international plug-in profiles.
Eight groups from valve to gun
Aluminium leads with 24 items, followed by steel with 21 and plain MS 58 brass with nine; four items are plastic. Aluminium keeps the weight down, which counts over hours of work, while steel is the more rugged choice. Where blasting replaces blowing, construction fittings with its sandblasting couplings is the right branch.

58 of the 62 items are rated PN 12 bar, four at PN 10 bar. That is deliberately below the PN 35 bar network pressure the couplings work at: a blow-off device needs not high pressure but a defined one. Adapters are under pneumatic fittings.

On the connection side the metric male thread M 12x1.25 dominates with twelve items, plus G 1/4 female and G 3/8 male with eight each. Direct hose connection via hose barb sizes 6 and 13 is also provided. Matching hoses are under compressed air and spiral hoses, fastenings under hose clamps and crimping sleeves.

The eight groups differ by design and nozzle: short blow nozzles for hand use, longer tubes for awkward spots and valves for fixed installation. The nozzle governs noise and air consumption more than the grip does — a point often overlooked in selection. For temperature control see temperature control.
