Description

Large material and air passages of the components support perfect atomization and high application speed.
Low maintenance costs and minimized downtime due to durable needles and solvent-resistant seals.
Thanks to the two-part nozzle, it is sufficient to replace only the nozzle head instead of the complete nozzle, if necessary.
The spray jet width can be adjusted with just one rotary knob. The gun’s low weight and ergonomic design support fatigue-free work even over long periods of time.
Once set, the air volume is automatically adjusted when the spray pattern is changed. This helps to reduce overspray. The fixable needle stroke adjustment ensures a constant material flow rate.
Thanks to the large stainless steel material passage, the GM 1030P is very versatile. It is perfectly suited for high and low viscosity materials, both water- and solvent-based.
