Not every workpiece fits into a blast cabinet - and not every job site has room for a fixed enclosure. Mobile dust-free machines solve this by placing extraction directly at the blast head: contamination and dust never escape in the first place.

Operating Principle: Extraction Directly at the Blast Head
With the HSP-20 and HSP-200 Performance, the nozzle is placed directly on the workpiece. An integrated extraction system simultaneously removes abrasive, removed material and dust - an additional enclosure of the workpiece is not needed.
Both machines feature abrasive recovery: used abrasive is not simply discarded but cleaned and reused, saving on material costs.
HSP-20: Compact for Spot Cleaning
The HSP-20 (115 kg, mobile frame, 18-litre pot plus 18-litre silo) is designed for the targeted cleaning of individual areas that don't fit into a cabinet - e.g. reworking weld seams. Various attachments adapt the nozzle to the respective surface, the nozzle size is 4.5 mm at a blasting width of 10 to 15 mm.
With an air consumption of 1.3 m³/min at 7 bar and a 230V connection, it can be operated at virtually any job site.
HSP-200 Performance: High Surface Coverage in the Field
The HSP-200 Performance is designed for larger surfaces and higher throughput: 40-litre pot, 3 to 10 m² of surface coverage per hour, class M cartridge filter with an additional HEPA H14 unit and automatic cartridge filter cleaning. An integrated rebound separator continuously cleans and recycles the abrasive.
Included are the EDBH-70 blast head with 8mm boron carbide nozzle, a 10 m hose package and an MQV-PRO fine dosing valve. The frame on wheels with a removable handle and forklift pockets makes transport on Euro pallets easy. Pricing is available on request.
Safety & PPE
Wet blast systems and mobile dust-free equipment significantly reduce the dust load in the surrounding area - but this does not replace personal protective equipment: blast helmet and respiratory air supply remain mandatory for the operator, the relief mainly concerns enclosure, cleaning and the neighbourhood of the job site.

HSP-20 or HSP-200 Performance - which machine fits my application?
For spot cleaning smaller areas, the compact HSP-20 is sufficient; for larger surfaces with high throughput and abrasive recycling, the more powerful HSP-200 Performance is the right choice.
Is the blast head already included with the HSP-200 Performance?
Yes, the EDBH-70 with 8mm boron carbide nozzle is included as standard - a replacement or an alternative head (e.g. EDBH-90) can be found in our Blast Heads & Nozzles category.
Do I need my own compressor for the HSP-20/HSP-200?
Yes, both machines require a compressed air supply (HSP-20: up to 8 bar, 1.3 m³/min; HSP-200: 4-7 bar, approx. 3 m³/min while blasting) - feel free to contact us for help sizing your compressor.
What happens to the dust that is extracted?
It is removed from the air stream via the cartridge filter (on the HSP-200, with an additional HEPA H14 unit) and collected in the dust bucket or container instead of escaping into the environment.
Is there a mobile water-based alternative?
