    Wearing parts in the main circuit – replaceable instead of replacing the contactor.

    For the large sizes, contact pieces and arc chutes are available as a set. After many operating cycles the contacts erode; replacing these parts restores the original condition and is considerably cheaper than a new contactor. Contact pieces are always replaced as a complete set, never individually.
