    Turck Pick-to-light sensors

    Pick-to-light systems guide operators at the assembly line or picking station compartment by compartment through the correct picking sequence and detect mispicks immediately. The light grids of the PVA series consist of emitter and receiver with a highly visible work light and monitor fields from 100 to 375 mm high with a range of up to 2 m. The PVD works as a one-piece light grid either in diffuse mode or with a reflector and needs no configuration for this. The PTL110 devices combine a multifunctional RGB indicator with an optional touch button, optical sensor and three-digit display and can be linked into a complete picking system.
