Wagner ZIP 52
The WAGNER ZIP 52 is a pneumatic double diaphragm pump for material supply in finishing shops: up to 52 l/min at 8 bar, light, low-maintenance and available in four materials. What the ZIP 52 is built for
An air-operated double diaphragm pump works without seals on moving parts in the fluid: two diaphragms alternately draw in and displace, and four ball valves set the direction. This makes the ZIP 52 gentle on shear-sensitive coatings and robust in continuous operation. WAGNER recommends it for water-borne and solvent-borne coatings, 2K materials, UV coatings and primers – in furniture and window making, joinery, steel processing and vehicle construction. Four materials for different coatings
The most common choice is the aluminium pump; for more demanding media there is the stainless steel pump. The polypropylene pump is non-conductive and intended for non-flammable materials only, while the conductive acetal pump is approved for zone 1 despite its plastic body. The PF versions (Perfect Flow) deliver with a shorter stroke and particularly low pulsation.
Spare parts by pump type
The operating manual has a separate spare parts list for each pump type, and the spare parts for the ZIP 52 are organised the same way. The largest groups are spare parts for the metal pump with universal connections and spare parts for the polypropylene pump with universal connections; drive parts are under air motor spare parts.
