Temperature control quick-release couplings international plug-in profiles
This range covers the internationally common plug-in profile – needed wherever moulds, injection moulding machines or temperature-control units come from abroad and their connections do not match the European profile. 402 items, practically the same size as its European sister range European plug-in profiles, and for good reason: in most plants both profiles stand side by side.
For imported moulds and machines
That is also the most important practical warning. The two profiles look similar but cannot be mated. If you have both in the building, mark them – the colour codings from manifold blocks and colour coding are meant exactly for that and are cheaper than one wrongly connected line.
Four series in two nominal widths
Four series cover two nominal widths: ESDM and ESDMF in DN 6, with series ESDM DN 6 the most requested of them, plus ESD and ESDF in DN 9. Two TempSecure groups with release interlock are added, for moulds that are changed while the circuit is still hot. On 371 items the material is bright brass MS 58, 29 are nickel-plated.
FKM as the rule, bright brass MS 58
The operating pressure is PN 15 bar, as throughout temperature control. On sealing the split is clearer than on the European side: 297 items with FKM, only 36 with high-performance FKM, which suggests these circuits are run a little cooler on average. Among valve types 227 free-flow items dominate. Fittings and barbs for the connection come from fittings and components, delivery hose couplings from SoftFlow delivery hose couplings.
