Gemue 1040 Mounting plate for process solenoid valves
Gemue 205 process solenoid valves can be mounted on the Gemue 1040 mounting plate. 2 versions are available.
Fastening solenoid valves properly
A process solenoid valve that hangs from its fittings alone loads the line with its weight and transmits every switching movement into the pipework as an impulse. The 1040 supports the valve mechanically and decouples it from the line. This matters in particular where several valves are combined into a bank.
Version and cleanliness
The plate is chosen to match the body version; on request the wetted area is cleaned for paint compatibility and sealed in film. For pilot valves on a DIN rail, Gemue 1050 is intended instead, and for height compensation of plastic diaphragm valves Gemue 1041. Matching valves can be found under diaphragm valves.
