Gemue 1050 is a mounting set for fitting pilot valves onto a DIN rail. 2 versions are available.

Pilot valves into the control cabinet

Pilot valves rarely sit on the process valve itself but are grouped in the control cabinet or valve box. The mounting set puts them onto the DIN rail there — on the same standard that carries terminals, power supplies and modules. That saves drilling patterns and makes a replacement a matter of seconds during service.

Version and cleanliness

On request the wetted area is cleaned for paint compatibility and sealed in film — relevant wherever painting takes place in the same hall. For Gemue 205 process solenoid valves, the Gemue 1040 mounting plate is intended instead. Matching valves can be found under diaphragm valves.
