Wagner EvoMotion 20-30
The WAGNER EvoMotion 20-30 is a pneumatic high-pressure piston pump for AirCoat applications with one manual gun – for example on painting stations in single-piece production, in joinery or in vehicle manufacturing. With a 20:1 ratio it delivers 30 cm³ per double stroke; fluid section, piston, valve balls and valve seats are made of stainless steel. The pump: M80 air motor and fluid section 30
The EvoMotion 20-30 PE/T piston pump is driven by an M80 air motor that needs no pneumatic oil and runs on 2 to 8 bar inlet pressure. Fluid section 30 has self-adjusting packings of PE and PTFE. According to the operating manual the pump is recommended for water-based and solvent-based paints of low to medium viscosity, and it is ATEX-approved for zone 1. Spare parts with item numbers

Two service kits cover regular maintenance: one for the air motor with all seals, pilot valve and sensor, one for the fluid section with packing rings, support rings and O-rings. Accessories for suction, return and mounting
The accessories for the EvoMotion 20-30 include suction pipe and suction hose, the 5-litre hopper, ball valves and return lines, separating agent as well as wall bracket, four-leg stand and two trolleys.
