Contaminated abrasive loses blasting performance and puts unnecessary strain on the system. The M-Section waffle-floor system already cleans the returned abrasive during recirculation; the MB-ACU-2 mobile abrasive cleaning system, with a capacity of up to 30 t/h, is also available.
The M-Section system is recommended for light abrasives such as glass beads, aluminium oxide or plastic; steel grit applications are only possible after consultation with Clemco.
