Bürkert
Bürkert is a German manufacturer of fluid control systems headquartered in Ingelfingen. The range runs from the small direct-acting solenoid valve to the electrically actuated process valve. Beyond valves the programme covers controllers, measuring instruments, pneumatic control and networking – all from one source. We are an authorised specialist dealer and stock more than 25,000 items from around 75 type series – including seal kits and spare parts for valves that have been working in plants for years.
2/2-way solenoid valves
The largest block: more than 12,000 2/2-way solenoid valves – direct-acting plunger and rocker valves for small nominal sizes, servo-assisted diaphragm and piston valves for larger flows. The choice depends on medium, minimum pressure differential and nominal size; water, compressed air and aggressive media each call for different material combinations of seal and valve body.
3/2-way solenoid valves
Where the job is switching rather than just opening, 3/2-way solenoid valves take over – as pilot valves for pneumatic actuators, for venting, or for switching between two paths. Bürkert builds them among others as rocker and whisper valves with media separation, for when the medium must not touch the valve mechanism.
Ball valves
For shut-off and control duties with full bore we supply Bürkert ball valves with pneumatic or electric actuators. They are the more robust answer when a solenoid valve reaches its limit on contamination, viscosity or pressure differential.
Electrically actuated valves
More than 3,000 electromotive valves are available for cases where no compressed air is at hand or where intermediate positions have to be held. Against pneumatic actuators they offer a defined position without auxiliary energy and integrate directly into the control system.
Type variety, advice and spare parts
Bürkert valves are defined by type number and version – Type 6027, 6281, 5282 or 2100 says more than any category name. If you have the type number from the nameplate, we will find the matching version or seal kit. If not, tell us the medium, nominal size, pressure and actuation, and we will narrow it down together: 2/2-way, 3/2-way, ball valves or electrically actuated. Typical fields of application run from hygienic processing and gas handling through cooling and water treatment to microfluidics and steam.
