Luedecke is a manufacturer from Amberg that has been building connecting elements for fluid-carrying lines for decades. The range runs from the DN 2.7 micro coupling to construction fittings for hose outer diameters of 100 mm. Compressed air: European and international plug-in profiles
The largest block is quick-release couplings with European plug-in profile with 1,119 items, all rated PN 35 bar and sealed with NBR. Anyone running plant abroad or connecting third-party equipment will find the matching counterparts under international plug-in profiles. Both branches come in plain and nickel-plated MS 58 brass, in hardened steel, and with free flow or shut-off on one or both sides.
Temperature control for mould and tool making
In mould and tool making it is temperature, not pressure, that governs. The 1,014 items under temperature control are almost entirely rated PN 15 bar with FKM seals, predominantly in plain MS 58 brass. Manifolds, colour coding and stop rings belong here, as does temperature-control tube cut to length.
Process industry: stainless steel and low-spill technology
For aggressive media and clean-room conditions there is process industry: 586 items in 1.4305 stainless steel, 143 in 1.4401, plus 142 low-spill couplings that release almost nothing on disconnection. FKM leads here with 523 items, supported by high-performance FKM and EPDM.
Construction fittings and water fittings
On site and in water supply the rules differ. construction fittings are made from malleable cast iron and galvanised steel and reach PN 50 bar; water fittings and irrigation equipment covers drinking water, irrigation and strict hygiene requirements, including claw couplings for drinking water in CW617N brass and versions for strict hygiene requirements in chrome steel.
Hoses, fittings and accessories
The range is completed by compressed air and spiral hoses in polyurethane, pneumatic fittings, hose clamps and blow-off valves. The complete tree with every series and version is under Pneumatics.

Which coupling fits is decided not by price but by the combination of plug-in profile, nominal width, operating pressure and sealing material – a part that looks identical may carry a different profile or a different seal.
