Gemue 9650 Pneumatic actuator for Gemue 650
The Gemue 9650 is the original replacement actuator for the Gemue 650 pneumatically operated diaphragm valve. We are an authorised Gemue dealer and stock 180 versions of this series.
Which valve this actuator fits
The actuator belongs to the Gemue 650 and is used when the actuator of an installed valve is replaced without touching the body or the pipework. The valve body stays in the line, only the top works are changed. Complete valves are available in the diaphragm valves category.
Actuator versions and diaphragm sizes
The series covers diaphragm sizes 8, 10, 25, 40, 50, 80, 100, 150. The decisive selection criterion is the diaphragm size of the installed valve body – it determines which actuator fits. 37 versions differ in the actuator version and in the actuator use (2/2-way body or body forms B, D, M and T). Actuator sizes available in this series: 1B1, 1D1, 1R1, 1T1, 1T6, 2B1, 2D1, 2R1, 2T1, 3D1, 3R1, 3RA, 3T1, 3TA, 4B1, 4D1, 4R1, 4T1, 5R1, 5T1, 5TA, 5TB, 6R1, 6T1, 6TA, 8TA.
Control function and operation
The actuator is pneumatically operated and available with the control functions normally closed (NC), normally open (NO) and double acting (DA). The control function has to match the plant’s safety logic and cannot be changed afterwards – please check it on the installed actuator before ordering.
Versions for special requirements
Beyond the standard version this series offers:
- versions with an integrated CONEXO RFID chip for electronic identification and traceability
- a special version to 3-A
- a special version for oxygen (medium temperature max. 60 °C)
- a special version for operating pressures up to 16 bar
- versions with an integrated manual override
