Gemue spare parts
We are an authorised Gemue dealer and stock the replacement actuators for Gemue diaphragm valves: 729 versions from 19 series, each assigned to a particular valve type. A replacement actuator replaces the top works of an installed valve without touching the body, the union or the weld. Complete valves are available under diaphragm valves.
Pneumatic replacement actuators
Pneumatically operated replacement actuators are available with the control functions normally closed (NC), normally open (NO) and double acting (DA). The control function determines the position the valve moves to if the control air fails and is therefore part of the plant’s safety assessment. Series, in brackets the target valve and the number of versions: Gemue 9650 (650, 180), Gemue 9620 (620, 57), Gemue 9687 (687, 57), Gemue A690 (R690, 48), Gemue 9695 (695, 22), Gemue 9625 (625, 20), Gemue 9605 (605, 19), Gemue 9615 (615, 10).
Manual replacement actuators
Manually operated replacement actuators are operated by handwheel or hand lever. Depending on the series there are versions with seal adjuster and stroke limiter, with a locking device to prevent opening or closing, and with a lockable handwheel or hand lever when the valve position has to be secured against unauthorised adjustment. Series, in brackets the target valve and the number of versions: Gemue 9653 (653, 85), Gemue 9654 (654, 81), Gemue 9675 (675, 39), Gemue 9671 (671, 36), Gemue 9673 (673, 24), Gemue A677 (R677, 21), Gemue 9612 (612, 9), Gemue 9601 (601, 8), Gemue 9602 (602, 4), Gemue 9611 (611, 1).
Motorized replacement actuators
The motorized replacement actuator runs on 24 V DC and carries a control module for OPEN/CLOSE duty as well as for use as a process controller and positioner; the hollow shaft takes the valve stem. Series, in brackets the target valve and the number of versions: Gemue 9649 (649, 8).
Selection by type code and diaphragm size
Which actuator fits is decided by the type code of the installed actuator together with the diaphragm size of the valve body. Both are given on the nameplate. The actuator use also has to be observed – 2/2-way body or body forms B, D, M and T. If one detail is missing, send us the item number of the old actuator and we will check it.
