The Gemue 9671 is the original replacement actuator for the Gemue 671 manually operated diaphragm valve. We are an authorised Gemue dealer and stock 36 versions of this series.
Which valve this actuator fits
The actuator belongs to the Gemue 671 and is used when the actuator of an installed valve is replaced without touching the body or the pipework. The valve body stays in the line, only the top works are changed. Complete valves are available in the diaphragm valves category. The sister valve Gemue 673 is served by the Gemue 9673 – the two actuators are not interchangeable.
Actuator versions and diaphragm sizes
The series covers diaphragm sizes 25, 40, 50, 80, 100. The decisive selection criterion is the diaphragm size of the installed valve body – it determines which actuator fits. 4 versions differ in the actuator version and in the actuator use (2/2-way body or body forms B, D, M and T). Actuator sizes available in this series: 2, 3, 4.
Control function and operation
The actuator is operated manually. Besides the standard version there are variants with a lockable hand lever or lockable handwheel when the valve position has to be secured against unauthorised adjustment.
Versions for special requirements
Beyond the standard version this series offers: versions with an integrated CONEXO RFID chip for electronic identification and traceability, versions whose wetted parts are cleaned for ultra-pure media and packed in film, versions whose medium area is cleaned for paint compatibility and versions prepared for mounting the Gemue 1215 position indicator.
