    • MLG-2 measuring light grids

    The MLG-2 is SICK’s measuring automation light grid. It evaluates every beam individually and derives height, width, position or count of objects – even with gaps, holes or transparent packaging. We list 1,758 MLG-2 items: complete light grids as well as individual transmitters and receivers.

    Prime, Pro or ProNet

    Prime covers standard tasks with switching outputs and IO-Link. Pro adds extended measuring functions, analog outputs and RS-485. ProNet communicates directly via PROFINET, EtherNet/IP or EtherCAT, so no gateway is needed. Beam separations from 2.5 mm to 50 mm and detection heights of more than three metres cover everything from small parts to pallets.
