Watering wand
At the end of an irrigation line, the device decides the spray pattern, reach and water consumption. This branch holds 42 items in twelve versions — from the short hand piece to the long wand for plants near the ground. The overview of the water area is given by water fittings and irrigation equipment.
Chemically nickel-plated brass and aluminium
Chemically nickel-plated brass and aluminium lead with 27 items, plus six in plain aluminium and six in nickel-plated MS 58. Chemical nickel plating lays down an even layer inside bores and threads too — where electroplated nickel thins out. Aluminium keeps the weight down, which is noticeable on longer tubes.
Twelve versions by spray pattern and length
39 of the 42 items are rated PN 16 bar, one at PN 25 bar. That matches line pressure in building and outdoor networks and sits deliberately below the claw couplings and spray nozzles. Sealing is predominantly NBR (28 items), with occasional EPDM and HNBR.
PN 16 bar and NBR seal
The connection is largely standardised: G 3/4 female on twelve items, plus combinations of G 3/4 male to G 3/4 female and adapters to hose barb size 16. That uniformity is practical — devices can be swapped without changing the hose connection. Adapters to other sizes are under accessories for water couplings.
G 3/4 as the uniform connection
Five items offer free flow, the rest shut off at the device. Shutting off at the hand saves water and saves the walk back to the tap. The coupling ahead of it is under quick-connect couplings and spray nozzles, the hose under compressed air and spiral hoses, the clamp under hose clamps and crimping sleeves.
Working with hose and coupling
Stricter requirements apply to drinking-water draw-off — see claw couplings for drinking water; for strict hygiene requirements, versions for strict hygiene requirements. The compressed-air side of the range is under Pneumatics, information on the manufacturer under Luedecke GmbH.
Your advantage when buying from us
- Authorised Luedecke dealer — original parts with manufacturer warranty, no replicas.
- Twelve versions instead of one standard sprayer, by length and spray pattern.
- Chemical plating stated, not merely "nickel-plated".
- Uniform G 3/4 connection, so devices stay interchangeable without rework.
- Replacement seals available — a dripping device is not a write-off.
- One contact for irrigation, drinking water, hygiene and compressed air.
